AT FIRST GLANCE THIS LOOKS LIKE A SCAMMING PROFILE USING THE MAN THAT IS USUALLY 'YOUNG' AND HAS BEEN MANY DIFFERENT NAMES.

THEM LOOK INTO THE PROFILE AND YOU SEE THE SCAMMER. .. ALONG WITH BOTH WHITE AND AFRICAN FRIENDS.. MAINLY AFRICAN.
He told me his name was Anderson Young. Wife cheated on him and he has been divorced for 4 years. Said he has two boys and a dog. Said he was stationed at Fort Jackson SC. Even the number is from SC. He even video chatted me as well. It was very broken, I thought it was bad reception, the call cut off pretty quickly, I only caught a glimpse of his face. Wanted me to come visit him. We talked for a week everyday. Then he said his phone needed to be updated and he needed gift cards to do it and couldn't leave base to get them, that he would pay me back when I come visit next weekend. He asked for $500, I bought $300, then I realized that the gift cards were for online gaming and it didn't make sense. He was upset that I only got the $300, which really made me skeptical. I thankfully did not send him the codes for the cards. But that was when he got really upset and telling me he was so sad that I didn't trust him. That he knew how to upgrade his phone with the cards. I have a lot of friends that game, so I asked and they verified that they could not be used for anything. The number he used was 864-406-5714, which is not even assigned to a real phone, its a PC number assigned to media account.

DeleteThis man has being scamming my friend for weeks. We both looked into him yesterday found him on here. He calls himself daniel young 47 he's in the army stationed in nigeria. Claimed to be widowed with a daughter called Amanda, he also lives in calorado but grew up in Spain mother deceased. Sent loads of pictures of himself, his house him and his mum before she died. I don't know the whole conversations. This lowlife is convincing enough my friend fell for him so hard. His end line for money was he lost his gun in the forest after being ambushed. He needed to pay a fine $500 or go to prison. He didn't ask for money straight away said his friend was giving him half. About a week later started fishing for money. When my friend told him she knew he was a scammer he claimed to have been hacked. Everyone should know about this disgusting human being. I can't imagine the amount of women who fall for these men he was convincing to my friend.

DeleteClaims to have been hacked so many times.. yet still on social media and dating sites contacting women he has never met.. it never happens.
I hope your friend knows now and is ok.
I wish all women knew and I wish all women would search. The idea that a soldier lost a gun and had to pay for it.. well !! It's not likely is it.
Nigerian scammers are disgusting beings who don't deserve to be called humans.
He also goes by Joshua Young. Claims to have lost his mother and father when he was 20 and has a Son named Alex that is 9. Widowed and his wife passed away from Breast Cancer. Claims son is in a Boarding school in TX. Very lovong and caring then starts to ask for money. And son has had an accident and the hospital is requesting payment up front. I was gullible at first and sent him an Itunes card. But when the whole medical story came up I knew. Been around the medical field too long I know the laws and know a child would not be denied a surgery that would be life saving. This is sick what these people do preying on the emotions of a mother to help. Also pulls in a friend that goes by John Alexis. Ladies and men delete them out of your lives don't be fooled like I was. Also heads up on a Michael Benjamin Peterson/sen. Very charming then turns very nasty. Just don't beat yourselfa up we all just want love and when someone ahows it you gladly accept it. It isn't our fault as humans to want affection and attention. I wish the Military could do something for there men that are getting their identities taken. It is sad because some are very lonely as well being taken away from their families. I want to fight this with all I have.

Nobody in real life needs an iTunes card from someone they don't know. I wish the military and FB / IG would do something for the military. They fight for America but who fights for them???
Any you find if you can give up the FB or IG profile we can get them removed. It's hard to search on just a name.. as there are a lot of Joshua Youngs.. and a few Petersons too.. but any you can help get the profile links too... please do !!
I am so pleased you thought.. so many don't and send the money and that is why there is so much scamming.. it is too easy.
He also goes by Mark Mass instagram. Alleged being deployed in Afghanistan. Pretty quickly will flatter you and ask for money

DeleteI am so glad that they got nothing from you ! Yes these numbers can be used from anywhere in the world so people think they are from the US when they are not. ALL who come to you and say Military are fake and there are millions of fake accounts doing this !

They are sat full in front of the camera, as you are. They can answer your questions. Their mouth moves exactly to the words being said.
A scammer's trick is to play a video on a laptop and point a phone at it. You think it's real as you see someone moving.
They claim bad reception, bad line, not clear, no sound !
NEVER BELIEVE ANYTHING OTHER THAN A FULL VIDEO CHAT YOU WOULD HAVE WITH ANYONE YOU KNOW..

We have four soldiers, all young who have passed away regularly used by scammers. on Facebook and Instagram our regulars pass accounts to us using them and we can get them removed but sadly not from anywhere else. It is hideous because we know they know.. they make up stories to their victims as to how we are wrong and they are real.! In one case the invented a whole 'they faked my death babe after the Taliban found me'.. so we know they know. I wish I knew how it could stop.
DeleteI just knew that the one am talking is a scammer .He told me that He is Chris Micheal and he's 42 years who has lost his passed wife with the cancer 4 years ago and he has a young son called Micheal.and he works with the US military now in Ukraine.And he has problem with his account he isn't able to eat well and his friend (colleague Ray) ran out of his cash and he feels embarrassed if he requests money from him. He shows love and affection but When he was calling me, the tonation and the way of talking seems close enough to an african person and not american. he showed me a video chat for the person in the picture(david alba young) with moving without hearing him because as per his saying because of the bad signal in the base where he is deployed in Ukraine.Be careful ladies from any scammer who doesn't show himself too well .
DeleteHij heet nu Martin Hills en zit ook op instagram. Hij vertelde mij dat hij marinier is en in Libya zit. Ik moest ook op Hangout komen en sprak een week met hem. Hij vertelde dat hij 35 jaar oud was. Tot vanmorgen stuurde hij nog een berichtje,daarna niks meer van vernomen.
