he also uses the name james philip scott who has parents victoria and peter who gave birth to him at ages 64 he lost his parents at ten in a house fire and wife in a car crash three years ago. boy looked 13 in pictures he claims he is 17. wanted a n i phone but the money had to be sent to new mexico to a julie scott.. just 400 then he wanted his army box sent from afghanistan just 3899. no big deal why would a sgt need to have an innocent in a foreign country send his personal stuff and pay the shipping..? wake up world..

Recently his name is Alex Duke and works for the UN Commission as a doctor in Aleppo Syria.Se presents as a doctor who coordinates the UN peace mission in Aleppo Syria.It is 60 years old and a son Robert 16 who is high school in Irving Texas.And so that son is communicating with you and is calling your mother. This son went on a trip to Africa with his school and lost the phone. The father Alex calls to the victims to send 700 bucks to the son in Africa to Ghana so he can buy the phone communicate. The new excuse!

He is currently using the name Hillary West and son Kelly West - usual Afghanistan story and son at private school in England, also mentions a Ms Winifred Davis, so glad I found this site for future reference.

Instagram and email. He had a huge instagram account and they were stolen before he knew and then closed completely. Then he got his email hacked and they got more.. so he closed that as well.

The problem about legal authorities is that these scams originate in Africa. That is why there are so many scammers and it's getting worse. Even when money has been paid. There is little can be done.
